Training
Educating people in all walks of life is our goal and that is why we put on diverse demand led courses. An example of this is when we trained local Asian women about the electoral process (funded by the electoral commission) and the importance of engaging in public life. In addition to this, we focus on the communities that are not engaging in mainstream further education by providing a base in the heart of their communities and researching their needs to find out exactly they need. No training is put on in our centre without consulting with the proposed users first hence, resulting in demand led training.
